What was the highlight of Apartamentos El Palmar
Fab 1st stay in playa de Ingles
Location perfect close to both centres and the beach but not loud at night. Spa was fab, outdoor pool and beds all plentiful. Induction hob and microwave grill both work well. Outdoor terrace lovely. Bathroom and shower perfect.
Missing a coffee pot for coffee machine. One of the beds was a bit squeaky. Which would be fine but she's a wriggler :) so we swapped.

Good
The staff was smiling and helpful, the breafast was good. The location is very good.
The apartment is getting tired and so is the furniture, it needs a little touch to make this place excellent. The breakfast needs one person more to serve and prepare the food, it is not enough to use the reception staff to do that.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Would stay again. Unfortunately the hotel we normally stay in is right next door so I wish
I liked that we were in apartment number 2 which was close to the main gate and breakfast room. The terrace was good also.
Our room wasn’t cleaned for two days. The bathroom ceiling has a very bad paint job. The couch in living room needs replacing because it dirty looking.
